Booking terms:
On-line bookings can be made 2 days in advance (by 11 a.m.). Please reserve one room at a time. It is not possible to make group reservations on-line.
This package can only be booked on-line.
The package rates depend on the hotel category.
Reduced rates apply for children aged 4-14 staying in their parents' room. Children aged 0-3 are free.
ATTENTION PLEASE
You must check in (register) by 4 p.m. at Tropical Islands. Please present this booking confirmation on arrival at Tropical Islands. Payment can only be made at Tropical Islands and must be for the full amount.
Admission guaranteed until 11:00 a.m. If you arrive after 11:00 a.m., entry depends on availability and capacity of the Tropical Islands Dome.
Your booked rooms are reserved by 2 p.m. until 6 p.m.
Please inform your booked hotel by telephone, if you can't keep this appointment.
You can change your booking freely until 7 days online. Use in this case your reservation number.
Cancellations must be made to Tropical Island Management GmbH, Call Center department, Tropical-Islands-Allee 1, 15910 Krausnick-Groß Wasserburg. We recommend that you make cancellations in writing. You can do this by post, by email to welcome@tropical-islands.de or by fax on +49 (0) 35477 / 606060.
If you cancel your booking, you will be charged as followed: 6-4 days before arrival – 40% of the agreed package price; 3-0 days before arrival – 60% of the agreed package price. The number of days before arrival is calculated from the time your cancellation reaches us. Failure to arrive ("no show") is treated as cancellation "0 days before arrival".
The "General Terms and Conditions for Visiting Tropical Islands Berlin-Brandenburg", the "General Terms and Conditions for Travel Contracts", in particular clauses relating to obligations in case of travel defects, their assertion and limitation, and the "Conditions for the Use of Car-parking Facilities" apply. These may be consulted on the Tropical Islands website.
