Camping and caravanning at Tropical Islands
The Tropical Islands campsite is situated in the heart of wonderful Brandenburg moorland, on the edge of the Spreewald forest. It's just 60 km south of Berlin.
The Tropical Islands campsite opened in September 2008 and is already very popular with campers from all over Europe. It meets the most modern standards and is the equivalent of a five-star facility. The campsite is suitable for short-term stays only.
The surrounding area is beautiful, with extensive pine forests. Glacial valleys and rocks from the last Ice Age have shaped the natural landscape. But what makes the campsite truly unique is the fact that it's right next to Tropical Islands – so you're never more than a stone’s throw away from the Tropics. Indeed, you can see Europe's largest tropical holiday world from the campsite. And we even provide a free shuttle bus to take you right to the door!
The Tropical Islands campsite offers:
- 91 Caravan pitches
- 5000qm camping area with lots of space for your tent
- 34 tepees for hire
- Modern sanitary facilities
- Camp-Shop, playground, free WiFi
- Free shuttle service to Tropical Islands
- Within walking distance: Segway rental, guided tours, archery, bicycle hire
