CampShop and reception
You'll find the reception desk and a small supermarket offering a range of fresh and packaged food in our spacious CampShop. Buying your own food and drink is important for campers. So the CampShop has everything you need for your stay – including fresh bread, baked on site and available from 8 a.m. every day. We also stock camping equipment.
Don't feel like cooking? Come and visit our bistro! We offer a range of tasty snacks. Relax in the gallery or on the terrace and enjoy the great view of the surrounding moorland and the world's largest free-standing hall. Browse through the papers and magazines over a cup of coffee. Or plan your day with the help of our free reference materials.
Free shuttle service
Our free shuttle bus will take you right to the door of Europe's largest tropical holiday world in just a few minutes. If you want to visit the local region, Berlin or Potsdam during your stay, the free shuttle bus will also take you to the closest railway station, Brand.
Playground
For our youngest visitors, the Tropical Islands Campsite has its very own wooden playground.
Pets
Dogs are welcome at the Tropical Islands campsite. If you wish to bring other pets with you, please talk to us in advance.

Let those back home know what fun you're having with the help of our free wireless Internet access. Free wireless Internet is available across the entire Tropical Islands site.

Don't want to miss the news or your favourite soap opera? No problem! Bring your DVB-T aerial and receiver: you can receive DVB-T across the entire Tropical Islands site.
