Stone Sauna in a Tropical setting
Inside the Angkor Wat Temple you'll find the Stone Sauna. Here, the temperature is 80-95°C with just 5-10 percent humidity. There are three different levels for you to enjoy. We also carry out regular steam treatments with traditional bitter fragrances that stimulate circulation and gently aid skin purification.
Tree Sauna – Sweat it out high up off the ground
The Salasaca Tree Sauna is located in the Jungle Village. It is reached via a wooden staircase. The moment you step inside you'll notice the warming smell of natural wood. The temperature is 80-95°C and humidity just 5-10 percent. Steam treatments with natural aromas stimulate circulation and skin purification.
Herb sauna – The Native American secret of wellbeing
Sweat lodges were invented by the Native American Lakota shamans. In the Jungle Village we have our very own Inipi herbal sweat lodge. Here, radiant heat is combined with selected herbs. Natural herbal essences are distilled using a copper drum. Every seven minutes the liquid passes onto the heat, the humidity in the room increases and a pleasant aroma is released into the air.
