Gift vouchers can be used for all products and services offered by Tropical Islands which are available at the time of your visit.
Gift vouchers should be presented at the cash desk upon arrival, or at the latest when leaving Tropical Islands. The amount on the gift voucher is then credited to your account. This account is used for all transactions performed at Tropical Islands (e.g. buying food and drinks, paying for services) according to our current price list. Current prices are displayed at the entrance to Tropical Islands and on our website, as well as at the place of performance of the service supplied, as legally required, in the form of price lists or tables.
Transactions are recorded onto the special electronic chip armband which you receive on arrival. You pay the total amount on your armband when you leave Tropical Islands. For further details, please see our website and General Terms and Conditions.
