We are looking for a classic hunter and farmer-type Director of Sales. Leading a team of eight, your role will be to ensure maximum utilisation through tour operators, direct marketers, MICE and group business.

What we expect of you

Professional training

Professional apprenticeship in Hotel Management, plus ideally a further qualification in business

Professional experience

Several years professional experience as a sales manager in the holiday hotel sector


Excellent market knowledge and customer contacts


Excellent written and spoken German and English

Soft skills

Strong cooperation and coordination skills, solution-based thinking and action, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, plus hands-on approach

IT skills

Good knowledge of Fidelio and Microsoft Office
