As an employee/guest service, you are the first contact person for our day guests at Tropical Islands. You take care of the check-in and check-out at the entrance area. With your positive charisma and friendly nature, you will give our guest initial information for their stay at tropical Islands. You feel addressed and would like to be part of our team? What we expect of you


successfully completed professional training, preferably in the hotel or retail sector

professional experience

work experience in a corresponding position


distinct guest and service orientation, combined with a customer-oriented way of working

language skills

very good manners and communication skills in German and English


experience in handling hotel software is an advantage as well as secure handling of cash, EC and credit card payments


knowledge of common MS-Office applications

personality traits

stress resistance and reliability

special abilities

negotiation skills
