We are looking for an experienced organizational- and personnell developer to take care of relevant HR topics. The tasks vary from future- oriented projects (exp. employee housing) to support and optimization of operational processes. The focus lies on moving our company culture forward and supporting training & development, coaching, mentoring of employees and leaders as well as the strategic HR management. 

What we expect of you


Professional business training or studies in the fields of project- or personnelmanagement


experience in the fiels project management, personnel- or organizational development

IT skills

IT and Media competences (MS Office and further HR programs)

Language skills

very good German and English skills


coordinated, independent worker with high quality standards
