in First-Level Support you are a contact partner for keeping the operational infrastructure running smoothly. Your varied tasks also include processing and monitoring trouble tickets, assisting the Second-Level Support team, and technical documentation.

What we expect of you


IT specialist qualification or similar qualification.


Certified proficiency in all current Windows operating systems.


Good knowledge of network and communications technologies.

Soft skills

Analytical thinking and problem solving; a structured, meticulous and independent approach also in problem and breakdown situations.
