The main responsibility of our gastronomy manager is to lead our strong service- and kitchen team, which includes about 180 people, currently 13 restaurants and kitchens of Tropical Islands with daily up to 5.000 guests.
In the upcoming years, Tropical Islands will offer new attractions and experiences for its guests in order to indulge them- especially in culinary ways.
For the strategic development of our gastronomic concept, we are looking for wa strong personality with great experience in service and kitchens. You will be the creative head behing our F&B offers of tomorrow; you know the upcoming trends and will implement these successfully in the boarders of given budgets. From Fine Dining up to Systemgastronomy, you are able to adapt and realize your ideas. You habe an eye for details. Even though you don't take on the daily operations directly, you are completely aware of standards, laws and regulations and ensure implementation of lasting quality. Every guest complaint is a new chance to improve.
