We are looking for a new colleague in our Front Office team. The Front Office includes the complete check in and check our of our short-term and accomodation guests. Also, the complaint handling and information exchange belong to this area. As Front Office Allrounder, you will ensure smooth and professional services to our guests.

What we expect of you

Education

Professional training preferably in the areas hotellery or retail trade

Knowledge

Secure handling of cash, EC- and creditcardpayments

IT skills

Experience with current MS-Office systems, experience with hotel software beneficial

Languages

German and English

Evidence

Current certificate of conduct
