Guest Service Employee (m/f)


We are looking for someone to support our cashier team in the entrance area, helping them deal with day-to-day challenges and checking in our daytime visitors.

What we expect of you

Professional training

Professional apprenticeship, preferably – but not necessarily – in the hotel or retail industry

Professional experience

Professional experience in an equivalent position

IT skills

Familiarity with standard MS Office applications; experience using hotel software an advantage


Confidence dealing with cash, EC cards and credit cards

Personal qualities

Able to work under stress, a skilled negotiator, reliable


Excellent social and communication skills in German and English

Service orientation

Exceptional service orientation combined with a strong customer-focused approach
