The HACCP delegate independently takes care of the creation, realisation and adherence of HACCP and food regulations. He supports all departments in the adherence of these provisions, secures training of staff and implements measurements in case of non-compliance with HACCP requirements. The cooperation with public offices is also part of the job description.
