We are looking for support in our HR department. Next to tasks as incoming and outgoing mail, welcoming of guests & customers and coordination of appointments, you will be responsible for file management, documentation, job postings and many more. Keeping records and keeping track of deadlines will be part of your job as well as the research for and creation of presentations.

Professional business training


Experience in the job market and as secretary preferable

IT skills

IT and Media competences (especially MS Office programs) 

Language skills

very good verbal and written German skills; English skills preferable
