The Front Office forms the hub of Tropical Islands. We greet and say goodbye to all our guests with a smile – be they day visitors, overnight guests, tour groups or VIPs. The Front Office provides them will all the information they need for their stay. Passionate about meeting and greeting? Answer the call of the Tropics!

What we expect of you

Personal qualities

Excellent communication skills, negotiating skills, able to work under stress, creative and reliable

Languages

Excellent German and English skills

IT skills

Familiarity with standard MS Office applications and Micros Fidelio an advantage

Service orientation

Exceptional guest and service orientation

International outlook

You must love working day-to-day with international guests
