We are looking for a spontaneous person to support our different kitchens when required. Together with the Chefs and Assistant Chefs, you will be responsible for the mise en place for your workplace. You will organise the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all legal requirements and internal standards are met.

Professional training

Professional apprenticeship in kitchen work


Several years professional experience in hotel or resort catering

International cuisine

Specialist knowledge of European and international cuisine
