Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Sekretariat der Geschäftsführung. Deine Kompetenz liegt in der Büroorganisation mit Aufgaben von Annahme und Koordination von Telefongesprächen und Terminen bis hin zu Betreuung und Empfang von Gästen vor Ort. Die Vorbereitung und Koordination von Besprechungen und Konferenzen liegen ebenfalls in deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Kommunikation in englischer Sprache gehört für dich zum Tagesgeschäft.
