As Personal Assistant to the CEO you are indispensable for our chief executive, a competent contact partner for the management team, and also responsible for external contacts. You will have a wide range of tasks. You plan and organise meetings and presentations and ensure that the CEO's travel plans go smoothly. You coordinate and keep track of appointments as well as preparing documents for German and English communications. You keep a cool head in stress situations and always have a good overview thanks to your excellent organisational skills.

What we expect of you
a bachelor of Arts degree or completed training in business management
several years of experience in a similar position
excellent MS Office skills
fluent German and English (written and spoken)
a professional and self-confident manner, a structured and meticulous approach as well as a high degree of flexibility
