at least 5 years of professional experience as a salesperson and first leadership experience as a shop manager
knowledge in the field of visual merchandising and the textile industry
good knowledge of english in spoken and written
knowledge in personnel planning and personnel management
participation in meetings and direct cooperation and communication with the merchandising manager
