In our shops, you motivate, lead and coach your sales team.

The presentation of goods an the realization of concepts are part of your responsibilities.

The management of inventories based on your guidlines, the analysis of key figures as well as

the development and implemantation of processes is also part of your activities.

What we expect of you


completed professionel training

Professional experience

at least 5 years of professional experience as a salesperson and first leadership experience as a shop manager


knowledge in the field of visual merchandising and the textile industry


good knowledge of english in spoken and written


knowledge in personnel planning and personnel management


participation in meetings and direct cooperation and communication with the merchandising manager
