Take over the management of one of our seven modern kitchens and act as a representative for our executive chef. You will be responsible for the daily running of your kitchen including the leadership of the kitchen staff. You will ensure that all the necessary ingredients and equipment are available at all times. As Sous Chef, you will be integrated into administrative processes such as calculations, purchasing and personnel matters. The team in the kitchen works under your guidance; it is important to comply with the HACCP regulations.
