We are looking for a responsible training manager to build up our training department. The professional management as well as execution of disciplinary actions of apprentices, as well as the preparation for examinations belong to your working area. You will also take over adult education, expanding the training department and implementing new concepts of developments.

What we expect of you


Professionale training or studies in the HOGA area or several years experience in Hotellery/ Gastronomy


Great competences in handling apprentices of every age


trainer aptitude examination, quality boach or similar qualification

Character traits

Motivated, structured, communicative, open-minded and empatic 


Excellent communication in English and German
