Everything you need to know about staying in a mobile home or NOVASOL holiday homes.
How far are the mobile homes and NOVASOL holiday homes from Tropical Islands?
The accommodation is just a few minutes' drive from Tropical Islands. You can get from the mobile homes to the Dome by foot or using our regular shuttle bus.
The NOVASOL holiday homes are located right next to the Tropical Islands dome, just a few minutes' walk from the main entrance.
How many people can stay in a mobile home?
Accommodation is available for up to 6 people.
Are there accessible Mobile Homes?
Yes, there are a few accessible Mobile Homes.
Can I wash my clothes in the accommodation?
Guests staying in the mobile homes may use the laundry rooms on the campsite.
Can I bring my dog?
Some Mobile Homes are suitable for dogs.
However, dogs are welcome in the NOVASOL holiday homes.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Arrival: You can arrive on your arrival day already at 6:00 a.m. Guests arriving later than 6 p.m. should advise us before to avoid loss of reservation.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, check-out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. You're welcome to enjoy the rest of the day at Tropical Islands.
Do I have to pay admission to Tropical Islands if I'm staying in a holiday home?
Admission to the Tropical World is included in the price of the accommodation. An extra charge applies for admission to the Tropical Sauna & Spa.
Check-in: If you have booked an accommodation, you are welcome to use the Tropical World at Tropical Islands before you check in. Electronic chip wristbands are available at the reception from 11 a.m. on the day of arrival. Europe's biggest tropical holiday world is open 24 hours a day and is free for you to enjoy. Special opening times only apply on December 24.
Check-out: Pay your bill on the day of your departure from Tropical Islands, either at one of the chip reader machines or at the reception desk. Hand in your electronic chip wristband(s) to the staff at the reception desk when you check out.

Can I choose a specific holiday home?
NOVASOL holiday homes are numbered and you are welcome to book a specific house.
There are currently three types of houses, for 4-8 people. New types of houses are planned.
What day can I arrive?
You can arrive any day except December 24 reception is open daily.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Do I have to pay a tourist tax?
No, there is no tourist tax.
