Sie kennen sich bestens aus im Gewährleistungsmanagement und dokumentieren, verfolgen und setzen Gewährleistungsansprüche durch. Sie tragen die Verantwortung für den Mangelmanagementprozess und sind wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen den Abteilungen, Development, Technik, Einkauf und unserer Rechtsabteilung.
Eine qualifizierte technische Ausbildung oder Fachhochschulabschluss in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gewährleistungsmanagement
Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB, HOAI und des Baurechts, sowie des Vergabe- und Vertragsrechts
Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Gesetze
Erfahrung im Organisations- und Projektmanagement
Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke
