Please note:
- The booking must be made at least five days in advance and is only possible if there is a contact person who signs the contract as well as takes responsibility for the group on site.
The following applies to all contracts for class and group trips with and without overnight accommodation:
free cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before the start of the trip if
a. The cancellation is verifiably made based on concrete effects of the Corona pandemic on the customer, which make travel impossible (e.g. ordered school closure, quarantine of the class or school, official decree that the trip cannot take place or similar)
b. the bus/rail transport to the destination due to official restrictions related to the Corona pandemic.

In all other respects, the General Terms and Conditions of Travel and Cancellation apply.
