As part of our commitment to the environment, we have installed two charging stations for electric vehicles in the car park. You can easily charge your electric vehicle during your visit for a fee and enjoy the benefits of sustainable mobility.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the dome (P1) for EUR 7.00 per driveway and calendar day. The P2 and P3 car parks are available for EUR 4.00 per day, car park P4 for 3,00 EUR per day, with tickets valid until 01:00 on the following day.

Pitch allocation is from 11 a.m on the day of arrival. Please plan to vacate the pitch before 11 a.m on your departure.
If you get hungry at night after swimming, our grilled meat and pizza vending machines are available 24/7 at the "Resort Reception" bus stop. Payment is conveniently possible via EC and credit card.
The youngest guests can play on the wooden playground for limitless fun.
Dogs are welcome on our campsite and, by prior arrangement, also in some of the Holiday Homes! If you would like to bring other animals with you, please arrange this in advance.
Free Wi-Fi is available in many places so you can tell those at home about the latest events from your vacation or keep up to date.
For guests who don't wish to miss the 8 p.m. news or their favourite TV series at the campsite, we advise them to bring their own aerial and receiver. This means that DVB-T2 reception is possible on the premises.
You can reach Europe's largest tropical vacation world in just a few minutes by shuttle bus. If, in addition to the Tropical Islands experience and wellness area, you would also like to explore the Berlin or Potsdam region, the free shuttle bus will take you to the nearest train station in Brand.
