To ensure that all guests can enjoy a relaxing and safe time, we ask you to observe our pool rules. They help us to ensure a pleasant and fair atmosphere for everyone – for carefree swimming fun from morning till night.
All pools (lagoon, South Sea, winter and summer pools in the Amazonia area):
- The use of the pools is not recommended for non-swimmers.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- The use of a life jacket is recommended for minors under the age of 14 and for all persons with limitations in the water.
- Visitors must follow the instructions of the lifeguards and shift supervisors at all times.
- Access is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances.
- Bringing large items such as paddleboards, opaque inflatable objects, or other equipment that could obstruct the lifeguards' view is strictly prohibited.
- Food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area.
- Appropriate swimwear (swimsuit/bathing suit) is required to access our pools.
- Running, pushing, excessive splashing, or any behavior that endangers your own safety or that of others is strictly prohibited.
- Jumping from the sides of the pools into the water is not permitted.
- For the safety of our guests, diving masks with snorkels and mermaid tails may only be used under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- The use of scooters is not permitted in the public areas of the pools.
