To avoid unnecessary waiting time, please have your tickets with the barcode ready at check-in. Screenshots, photos and defective mobile phone displays cause delays because our scanners cannot read them! Use the original file or a printout of the online tickets, thank you!

Children under the age of 14 may only enter Tropical Islands if accompanied by a parent or guardian or with the consent of a parent or guardian and accompanied by an adult.
Please note that due to legal regulations, special provisions regarding age or height must be observed when using individual attractions at Tropical Islands.

Annual passes: Please note that there is currently no special admission for annual pass holders.

Ticket prices: Please note that prices may vary depending on the day of the week or weekend, as well as during vacation periods (Berlin, Brandenburg and Saxony) and on public vacations.
Due to cleaning work, there may be closures at the South Sea and the lagoon between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
