RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to either your commercial or independent professional activity), you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the following provisions.

Please note: There is no right of withdrawal according to the regulations on distance contracts pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code) for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the agreement for the provision provides for a specific date or a specific period of time. 

Tickets and vouchers purchased online that are valid for a specific date or a specific period of time (e.g. day tickets, season pass, combination tickets) are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins, for services, on the day of conclusion of the contract and, for goods the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods

You can inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a written notification (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). For this purpose, you may use the sample cancellation form attached. However, it is not mandatory.

to comply with the cancelation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice in due time before the expiry of the cancellation period.

In the event of an effective cancellation, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from a chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation is received. For the repayment, we will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for this repayment. 

In the event of an effective cancellation we will invalidate the voucher QR code.

If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract is payable to us.
