Warning: Fake Tropical Islands app in circulation

An unofficial, fraudulent app is currently in circulation that claims to be from Tropical Islands. Any bookings and payments made via this app are invalid.

Please note:

• Tropical Islands does not currently have its own app.
• Official tickets are only available via our website: https://www.tropical-islands.de
• If you have been affected, report the incident to your bank and file a police report. The more people who do this, the greater the chances that those responsible will be identified and the illegally debited funds can be recovered.

We are already taking legal action against the operators of this fraudulent app.
You can support us as well: If you downloaded the app, please report it as fake in the app store.

This helps us get it removed more quickly and protects other guests from falling victim to the scam.
