New: Samsung Wallet & Samsung Pay

Good news: You can now save your Tropical Islands online tickets in Samsung Wallet, in addition to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. This gives you even quicker and easier access to your tickets.

What is Samsung Wallet?
Samsung Wallet is Samsung’s digital wallet, allowing you to store tickets, boarding passes, loyalty cards, and payment methods securely on your Samsung smartphone.

Here’s how it works:
After your purchase, you’ll see the three usual download options and you will also receive an email with a link to the Wallet download page.
When you follow the link, the correct wallet option will appear automatically:

• iOS devices: Apple Wallet
• Android without Samsung: Google Wallet
• Samsung devices: Google Wallet and Samsung Wallet

You can then save your ticket as a digital card in your wallet — secure, convenient, and always ready when you are.

Samsung Pay – now available for online ticket purchases

We’re also introducing Samsung Pay. You can now use it to pay for your tickets quickly and securely during the online checkout process – directly with your Samsung smartphone.
Please note: Samsung Pay is available online only and cannot be used for on-site payments.
