Attention! Fraud scam

Dear guests,

There are currently an increasing number of cases of fraud on various booking platforms (e.g. booking.com or expedia.de). Unfortunately, we are also affected. The fraudsters are sending fake payment requests on the portal in our name. Please be careful and check every link for legitimacy.

Our company expressly distances itself from these fraudulent activities. All official communication and payment requests from Tropical Islands will be made exclusively via our channels.
