Occupancy: The minimum occupancy per double room is 2 persons, the minimum occupancy of the family room is 2 adults and one child (4-14 years). The minimum occupancy per double tent is 2 persons, the minimum occupancy of the family tent is 2 adults and one child (4-14 years).

Other: The offer is only valid for rooms and tents located in the Tropical Islands Dome and for advance reservations and subject to availability, and not on public vacations such as Easter, Christmas, Whitsun and New Year's Eve, or during school vacations in Berlin, Brandenburg and Saxony. No free cancellation is possible and it cannot be combined with other promotions.

Parking: Please note that our parking spaces are subject to charges. The fee per drive-up in the immediate vicinity of the hall is EUR 7.00 and the fees for parking spaces P2 and P3 are EUR 4.00 each with maximum validity until 01:00 the following day. Free parking is available immediately behind the entrance to the Tropical Islands site.
